Just had a frustrating experience with an insurance agent here...

Went to http://www.targetplan.com with Netscape 4.7.

Site didn't work.  I sent a note about the site have a lot of MS
Frontpage express garbage...

Got this back...

"Unfortunately, we apologize for using what you call garbage in our
WebSite.

We are very happy with the way our Site has been designed, and it was
designed by a reputable WebSite Design Company.  It should be viewed
with any Web Browser.  If you can't view our WebSite using Netscape 4.7, I
would address your complaint to Netscape and not to us.  Most of the general
public doesn't use Netscape.  They either use AOL, or Microsoft Internet
Explorer.  You should consider switching Browsers, so that you may
utilize all of the advantages the Internet has to offer."
